We have a large array of machines and processes to meet your needs. We provide the highest quality services to the Petrochemical Industries, both upstream and downstream of Processing, Industrial clientele and for the waterworks industries.
We have a number of large capacity conventional and vertical turret lathes to create custom flanges from forgings, plate or round stock. Our drill presses are high capacity and can handle thick and hard materials with ease. We have a horizontal bore where the creation and expansion of internal diameters of materials are required.

MACHINING SHOP SERVICES
BIG MACHINES
We can turn parts as small as 1/2" diameter to 60" in diameter. Weighing ounces or 1000 lbs.
Chuck lathes capable of handling up to 24" diameter parts and heavy loads of 100 lbs or more. The Warner Swasey lathe for boring and threading as well as facing, Turning ODs and IDs, chamfering and other processes.
Our Monroe 4-chuck lathes (3) can handle 4 inch pipes as long as 20 feet. Taper cut Victaulic grooves, single point thread pipe and casing.
Our Vertical Turret lathes can accommodate parts as large as 60" in OD and as deep as 36". The smaller VTL is used where speed is preferred to parts as large as 36" OD and a foot in depth.
Our Hroizontal Bore can cut parts of 10 feet or more with weights in excess of 1000 lbs as needed by the job requirements.
Our radial arm drill presses can accommodate parts of 4 feet wide and any length with vertical depths of 3 feet. We regularly drill holes as large as three inches and depths of 5 inches or more.
As a full service shop, we have standard drill presses, saws, mills, a punch, presses and shears, and other tooling to complete most any requirements.
